this is the fourth circular of the Workshop DIFFRACTION 2008: International
Workshop on Diffraction in High-Energy Physics, to be held in 
La Londe-les-Maures, France, September 9-14, 2008, web site 
http://www.cs.infn.it/diff2008.

The number of persons who registered so far and asked to give a talk 
is surprisingly high this year and we have reasons to believe that 
it will increase further. This is, of course, good news, however
it poses some organizational problems which we would like to face with
in the most convenient way. 

For this reason, we ask registered people

1. to confirm their booking of the room at the Agelonde Congress Center
   by a down-payment of 100 Euro at the same bank account reserved
   for the payment of the fees (see the Workshop Web site), to be done
   within July 15; IN THE BANK TRANSFER THE NAME OF THE SENDER SHOULD BE
   CLEARLY IDENTIFIED.

Moreover, we ask people wishing to give a talk

2. to confirm their intention and to make the title definite, in case it
   is presently classified as "to be announced".

Forthcoming registrations after July 15 (and within the deadline of August 15)
will be taken as fully confirmed only after the down-payment mentioned
above.

We remind you that the Workshop will start on Sept. 9 in the evening with the 
welcome reception and will finish on Sept. 14, with the lunch after the morning
session. We refer to the previous circulars, available at the Web site, for 
detailed information about topics, conveners, fee, accommodation.
