The Workshop venue will be the hotel Baia dei Turchi, located 3 km north to the town of Otranto (Lecce), on the Adriatic sea.
The full board hotel rates are the following:
- 140 Euro/day for a single use of a double room
- 100 Euro/day per person for a double room
The above prices include the free use of all hotel facilities (wireless
internet, swimming pool, fitness center, mini-football field, tennis court).
Moreover, a sun umbrella and two beds are reserved per each room on the
private beach, 1.5 km away from the hotel. The beach is reachable by the hotel
shuttle bus, operating full-time, or individually with the bike of the resort
(25 bikes available).
Reservations must be done contacting directly the hotel at the e-mail info@baiadeiturchi.it and giving as reference "Diffraction 2010".
To confirm the reservation a 30% down-payment will be required by the hotel, to be made preferably by credit card before August 15, 2010 .
Later reservations will be accepted only in case of room availability.
