Dear Participants to Diffraction 2010,

this is the sixth circular of the Workshop DIFFRACTION 2010: International
Workshop on Diffraction in High-Energy Physics, to be held in Otranto
(Lecce, Italy), September 10-15, 2010, web site http://www.cs.infn.it/diff2010.

The startup of our Workshop is getting closer and I am eager to see you
all in Otranto.

There are only a few remaining instructions to be delivered.

1) Transfers

The plan for transfers is almost defined. Arrival times are summarized at the 
web page www.cs.infn.it/diff2010/reach.html (click on "Arrival pick-up list"). 
Only a few people have sent us nothing about their arrival time. They will not 
be included in the transfers' list. 

People arriving at the railway station of Lecce will be taken by the mini-van 
of the Dipartimento di Fisica, Universita` della Calabria, the driver being 
Vittorio Romano.

People arriving at the airport of Brindisi will be taken by one of the cars
of the SalentoLiving.biz, by Mr. Rene' De Pascali and collaborators. 

In both cases, once out of the railway station or the airport, please 
look for someone carrying a sheet with "Diffraction 2010" printed on it. 

There will be no free transfer for people not arriving on Sept. 10 nor
for people landing in Bari. The latter are kindly asked to take a train to 
Lecce and let us know their arrival time in this railway station.

2) Talks

Please have your talk prepared in pdf format and take care that it is 
transferred on the workshop laptop AT LEAST ONE SESSION BEFORE it is 
scheduled. If you wish, you can send us by e-mail a back-up copy of it.

3) Chairmen

In the scientific program we included the names of the proposed chairmen.
We kindly ask them to take note of the schedule of their session and to 
write to us in case of decline to chair it.
