Dear Participants to Diffraction 2012,

this is the fourth circular of the Workshop DIFFRACTION 2012: International
Workshop on Diffraction in High-Energy Physics, to be held in Puerto del
Carmen, Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain), September 10-15, 2012, web site 
http://www.cs.infn.it/diff2012.

- A few days are left before the deadline for abstract submissions, so please 
  hurry up to submit your talk, if you haven't done it yet; in case you're
  experiencing troubles with the submission through Indico, please send 
  title and abstract of your talk at diff2012@cs.infn.it;

- There was a misunderstanding with the hotel about the rates; the correct
  prices, including food and beverages, are the following 

  81.40 Euro/person/day for a single use of a double room
  56.40 Euro/person/day for a double room

  Each participant must reserve the room himself within August 15, by filling
  in the form available at http://www.cs.infn.it/diff2012/accommodation.html
  and sending it by fax or e-mail to the hotel management; for later 
  reservations the accommodation will not be guaranteed.

- We remind you that July 31 is also the deadline for the reduced-fee
  payment; moreover, payments before the arrival to Lanzarote should be 
  made by bank transfer, while on site registrations can be paid only in cash
  (NO CREDIT CARDS).

- To organize transfers from/to the airport of Lanzarote and the hotel we
  need your travel data. So please send at diff2012@cs.infn.it an e-mail
  with subject "travel", containing, WHEN DEFINITIVE,

  * arrival date/time
  * number and origin of the last flight to Lanzarote
  * departure date/time
  * number of accompanying persons

  We need this information not later than August 31.
