Conference dinner**

 

* Excursion

Half-day excursion to National park Krka (see also the Wikipedia web site) and city of Šibenik .

All participants of the workshop and the accompanying persons are welcome to participate

(expenses covered by the workshop organization). 

For the guests of the hotel Zora on FB accomodation a lunch box will be prepared. 

Buses will arrive around 13:45 and they leave at 14:00 sharp (in order to catch the boat at National park Krka in time). 

The list for excursion will be available at the registration desk. One should apply as soon as possible

and not later than Thursday afternoon. Late arrivers can apply infront by e-mail to diff2014@cs.infn.it .

** Conference dinner

The participants of the workshop as well as accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Conference dinner that will take place on Sunday evening at Hotel Zora in Piano bar.

The list for conference dinner will also be available at the registration desk. Please, apply until Friday morning (Sept. 12). Late arrivers can apply infront by e-mail to diff2014@cs.infn.it .

There are 3 menus foreseen (fish menu, menu with meat, vegetarian menu), so, please, choose one
when applying for dinner (additional dietary requirements/allergies could be mentioned if not already).

1. Croatian modern cuisine (fish and seafood)
    - Octopus Galantine
    - Mushroom Cream Soup with Bread Cubes
    - Shrimp Risotto on a Parmesan Cream
    - Bass Filet on Vegetable Noodles and Shrimp sauceauce
    - Split's Cake (Biscuit cake filled with Almonds, Figs and Hazelnuts)

 2. Croatian modern cuisine (with meat)
    - Octopus Galantine
    - Mushroom Cream Soup with Bread Cubes
    - Šurle (Dalmatian pasta) with Venatio ragout
      (Dalmatian pasta in Venatio and mushrooms sauce)
    - Pork Filet in Crunchy Mediterranean Herb Wrapper
      (roasted pork filet with spicy herbs)
    - Split's Cake (Biscuit cake filled with Almonds, Figs and Hazelnuts)

  3. Vegetarian pijat (vegetarian)
    - Salad from Mixed Vegetables
    - Mushroom Cream Soup with Bread Cubes
    - Asparagus Risotto with Tofu Cheese
    - Vegetable and Soya stakes, Grilled Vegetables
    - Split Cake (Biscuit cake filled with Almonds, Figs and Hazelnuts)
